Activities
Near the hotel, you can find a diverse selection of opportunities for sports and exercise. Also located in the area are the Museum of South Ostrobothnia, buildings of the Törnävä manor and an outdoor museum. The Törnävä summer theatre is also in the area within walking distance.

Running
There is great terrain for running right by the hotel. Enjoy the fabulous riverside view during a run or head towards Jouppilanvuori and try out the military exercise course.
Fishing
You can go fishing right by the hotel. The Seinäjoki river is right next to the hotel, and the nearby Kyrkösjärvi lake also offers great fishing opportunities.
Gym
Hotel accommodation prices always include access to the Fysio2000 gym. The gym is located on the same premises as the hotel.
Pool and sauna facilities
An atmospheric fireplace room with sauna facilities provides an excellent setting for hanging out casually. You can also enjoy a dip in the swimming pool right by you.
Disc golf
There are great opportunities for disc golf in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The camping area next to the hotel has four targets for practicing the sport, and the fabulous 11-hole Törnävä park course is also nearby.
Fat biking
There are cross-country cycling routes near the hotel for all skill levels. Electric fat bike rentals are provided by our partner Wild Adventure Finland.
Kayaking
There are several kayaking spots near the hotel. Kayak rentals are provided by our partner Wild Adventure Finland.
Children’s playing area
There is a playing area for children at the hotel.
Mini-golf
You can play mini-golf at the camping area next to the hotel. The 18-hole course is open every day during the summer. Equipment rentals at the camping area reception.
Snowshoe walking
Relaxing snowshoe walking is suitable for everyone. Snowshoe rentals and guided tours are provided by our partner Wild Adventure Finland.
Beach volley
There is a beach volley field in the immediate vicinity of the hotel in the Törnävä camping area.
Museum of South Ostrobothnia
The Museum of South Ostrobothnia has been operating in Törnävä since the 1930s and 1940s. The peasant buildings, outbuildings of the Törnävä manor and the manor’s stone cowshed with an exhibition are worth a visit.
The Törnävä summer theatre
The Törnävä summer theatre is only 800 meters from Sorsanpesä. Accommodation packages for performances of Antti Tuuri’s “Tangopojat” in the summer of 2020 will be available through our Current events page. Meals are served after the performances at the Sorsanpesä á la carte restaurant.
